Gaming is where the Sapphire board seems to shine, at least in some games. While Crysis drops a few FPS to the Gigabyte 790FX, both Enemy Territory: Quake Wars and Company of Heroes performance is very good, with ET:QW edging out by a couple of FPS even at high resolution.

CrossFire performance with a pair of HD 3850s is very good – both 790FX boards perform very well, especially in Company of Heroes.
